  • AIM and Beejive Instant Messaging iPhone Apps Updated with Push Notifications – Mac Rumors – Two major instant messaging clients (AIM and Beejive) for the iPhone and iPod Touch were updated tonight with support for Push notifications. Instant messaging was always cited as one of the major reasons the iPhone and iPod Touch needed some form of background processing. Prior to iPhone 3.0, if you were to switch out of these applications, there was no easy way for the applications to notify you of an incoming message.

For search marketing specialists, the app allows for MCC accounts switching, making it easy to analyze several client accounts. Your AdWords login credentials are sent directly to the AdWords API, nothing is stored on youcalc's servers.
  • Hunch Launches, Reinvents How You Make Decisions – Back in March, we learned of an interesting new social tool called Hunch. Cofounded by Flickr (Flickr) co-founder Caterina Fake, the startup’s goal is to help you make decisions by using its algorithms together with traits it has learned about you. Ask it a question, and it helps you choose an answer that suits you. It has been in private beta since it was revealed.

Most of them can be integrated using Text Widget only or modifying theme. This can cause problems, especially for beginners. Moreover, you have to remember to make all changes again when you decide to switch to new theme. You can avoid all of these problems by using Google Integration Toolkit plugin.

I'm a bit of a feed addict subscribing to just about anything with a chart or a mention of statistics on it (and naturally have to do some feed-cleaning every now and then). In a follow up to my short list last year, here are the data-ish blogs, some old and some new, that continue to post interesting stuff.

Except that it will show stats such as how many times their business comes up as a search result, how often people click through, as well as how many times people generate driving directions to their business son Google Maps and where those people come from.
